A pleasant surprise awaited me at Anaco in Madrid. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city's attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist me upon arrival. The hotel itself was clean and provided a comfortable base for my stay. The room had a full-size bed, and despite the outdated decor, it had a certain charm. I particularly appreciated the presence of a bathtub, although the curtain fell down. The reception staff, while lacking professionalism overall, did have one helpful member. Unfortunately, they were unaware of the required sign from the Ministry of Tourism regarding customer claims. the most noteworthy aspect was the absence of air conditioning from 8am to 12pm. Despite these minor drawbacks, my overall experience at Anaco was a positive one. I would consider staying here again in the future, despite its flaws.

The hotel is conveniently located near major sightseeing places, close to Madrid night life, and within walking distance of two metro stations. The staff was helpful and the room was clean.

The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and key attractions. The cleanliness of the rooms was commendable. The hotel had a prime location with easy access to nearby metro stations and popular tourist spots. Plus, the hotel offered a nice breakfast spread that was satisfying and delicious.
Noisy and Outdated Rooms. Unfortunately, the noise levels in the hotel were quite high, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel is located near main tourist attractions such as a nice calm square with a very good restaurant "La Carmen", the shopping street, and the metro. The rooms are nice and clean, and the staff provides good service. The hotel also offers amenities such as towels, shampoo, and soap.
The breakfast options are limited, with only tea or coffee, a croissant, or toast with butter and strawberry jam.

This hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of the city center, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The neighborhood is really nice and vibrant, with plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. The staff was friendly and provided great service, making us feel very welcome. The rooms were basic but clean and had everything we needed, including air conditioning and tea/coffee facilities. Additionally, having breakfast included was a nice bonus, and we enjoyed starting our day with a delicious meal on the terrace.
All was great, no complaints.
